A: If you purchased a pre-paid card or you have a Games2Phone Mobile promotional code, simply choose the content you want and check out by clicking the "Buy" button of the product you want and fill out the order form, press the "Continue"
button, and this will lead you to a page where you have the option button for paying by promo code; Click on the "Pay by promo code" button, and type in your name, email, and promotional code number on your pre-paid card or type in your promotional code number. Your promotional code will be recognized as a regular payment, and you will immediately be sent an SMS message to your phone for your product (game, wallpaper or ringtone) order download link.
- Q: How do I know if your games support my phone?
A: Check your phone handset model brand name (type) and number (model). The brand name (type) is normally indicated on the phone somewhere (for example, Motorola, NEC, or Nokia). The number version of the phone will be indicated behind the battery of your phone. Simply open the back of the phone and remove the battery, and you will see it (for example, T720, V330, V600 for Motorola phones; N720 or E313 for NEC phones; 3200, 7650, or 6010 for Nokia phones; or T610, e1010 for SonyEricsson phones).

- Q: How does the payment process work?
A: To make your purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button. While you are welcome to make many purchases at a time, for your convenience, the Games2Phone Mobile site enables you to purchase one game/content piece at at time. Once you check out of the shopping cart, you will automatically be directed to the secure Paypal system. Once your purchase is made, you immediately receive an SMS message on your phone. Simply open that SMS message and use the detail or URL download, click on the URL download and click "Accept" button indicated on your phone to begin download. You will also immediately receive an email confirmation. However, there are cases where PayPal or your bank delays the payment confirmation, it may take a few hours to one day.
- Q: I’m getting an "Error" message or "This file does not support this device" message. Or, If I am not able to download the game I paid for, what can I do?
A: This means the game you ordered does not support your phone type and/or phone model.
